OK, so I skipped yesterday. I had lots going on yesterday and really wasn't in the mood to blog.

Today was the first day back at school after Christmas break. It wasn't bad at all. The kids were half asleep all morning and seemed to perk up when I introduced our new Math Unit on measurement. They had a great time measuring things all around the room.

Drama Club, on the other hand, is going to keep me incredibly busy the next month. Our performance of Character Matters 2 is January 28th. I have tons of costumes to dream up, props, stage set, and a program to come up with. It will all get done, I always panic about this time each year. The kids are being great. Most of them know their lines and the words to all of the songs. Yes, it's a musical! That's most of the battle right there.

It is so cold I am about to cut this short and head into my wonderful, deep, garden tub to soak in a hot bath. FL is not supposed to get this cold!
